April Artistic Appraisal.

Goodness it’s already April 25th, Anzac Day in Australia and New Zealand. Time has flown. All my good intentions at getting this blog under way in a regular manner have fallen far short of the mark. We have been hit with far too many curved balls for our liking as 2025 got established and all plans about every part of life seemed to change on a daily basis. That said, we have brushed ourselves off, counted our many blessings and thrown ourselves into the year finally with gusto. Never too late.

Next week will be my first show for the year, with @craftinfocus for 5 days at RHS Wisley Gardens from May1-5. This is a yearly pilgrimage for me and i always look forward to it. I have the privilege of showing my work with some of the UK’s most talented artisans, many of whom have become great friends. The 5 days are always incredibly exhausting and incredibly rewarding, and many pieces of my work go to new homes from this event. Soon after that I head off with the same group to do it all again at Hever Castle from May 15 - 18th. I’ll leave off with that info as I am under the pump planning and packing. My studio is a mess!

Hope to see some of you at these events. Do come and say hi.
