On a stopover in Nice, champagne on the balcony at sunset is essential. Is there anything more important? There are good and bad things to be said about all cities and I had certainly heard plenty of unpleasant reports about Nice. However staying in the Old Town, sitting on this balcony after a stroll along the beach, drinking bubbles while the sun set....need I say more?
